GMP employs HTTPS encryption, EU-grade cloud servers with layered firewalls, daily backups, and strict role-based permissions. All public contributions are reviewed by Admins or Editors before they appear.

The Online Condolence Book is a digital space within the unique Ghana Memorial URL where condolences and tributes can be shared online.

Yes. You can paste a Google Maps link into the One-Week Event Location Map field. Visitors can click the link and navigate directly to the venue.

Yes. Once published, the One-Week Event details can be shared through the memorial link via WhatsApp, Facebook, or QR code. Relatives abroad can access the information instantly.

Yes. You can use the QR code yourself for any design to be printed. Alternatively, you can order a weather-proof or adhesive label at our site; Our Print Partner ships nationwide and includes practical tips.

Account holders can generate and download as a graphic file an unique QR code that you can place on any physical item like funeral banners or posters; one scan opens your loved one’s memorial URL on any phone or other device. We have also created the possibility to order a weather proof sticker for a tomb stone.

All paid plans are completely ad-free. The Free plan may display limited platform messages and advertising.

Pin precise GPS coordinates on the memorial in all paid plans.

For now there is one carefully designed template to ensure a consistent, respectful look. You can personalise content—photos, stories, timeline—but structural or colour changes are not yet available. We may add an optional “Light” version (lighter background) later, but no multiple templates are planned for the short future.

Free: remains online indefinitely for text & photos. Paid plans remain online as long as the subscription is renewed; if cancelled, the page reverts to Free limits. Forever is a one-off fee guaranteeing lifetime hosting at Premium Plus capacity.

Only the Administrator of a Ghana Memorial can order the Tombstone QR Sticker from their logged-in dashboard.

Ghana Memorial is an everlasting digital obituary that allows families to honour, preserve, and share the life story of a loved one online in a respectful and culturally appropriate way. It is also includes other products such as the Online Condolence Book, Online Donation Link and the Funeral Programme (only in the paid version). Together they form the Ghana Memorial Suite. In a later stage, these products will also be offered separately, the online condolence book as an embedded page for companies that want to enable condolence for an employee that passed away. The online donation link could also be used separately by other parties, eg by churches to raise money. The Funeral Programme is now an alternative to any printed programme (the funeral page is enabled to be printed anyway) but we may want to extend that to a user can change that to a more sophisticated personal design.

Anyone with the Ghana Memorial link can make a contribution once the donation link is active.
